In March 2022, HQMENA Exhibitions held the international conference Crypto Expo Dubai. The event brought together more than 130 participants from all over the world and from different sectors of the industry.
Professionals from the field of blockchain and cryptography, ICO, NOT, Play-to-Learn projects and metaverse also took part.
<p">The event was held for only two days, from March 16 to 17, but more than 10,000 guests managed to attend it. Compared to the previous Expo conference, the number of participants increased by 50%, and visitors - by 40%. <p">At the exhibition, participants could present their products and services in various ways. Within the framework of the events held in two conference halls, more than 80 different topics for discussion were presented. At the end of the conference, an award ceremony was held for the most outstanding participants of the exhibition. <p">Dubai has recently adopted new legislation regulating the emerging crypto market in the country. The Emirate is doing its best to secure a leading position in the region in this area.
Giants such as FTX and Binance have already received licenses for commercial activities in the emirate. The latter has also signed agreements with Dubai World Trade Center (DTCM) on the creation of a special zone to attract and encourage the development of crypto business in the UAE.
The goals of Crypto Expo were primarily marketing. The conference was designed to familiarize potential participants of the cryptocurrency market and their clients with what Dubai can offer them now and in the near future.
The next international conference Expo will be held on June 16-17 this year in Singapore.
